I am using WinAVi 6.2 with DivX 6 to try to convert wmv files to DivX avi files
so I can play them on my portable DivX player. This has worked with almost all the files I have tried however, a certain annoying few stop in the middle of encoding for no apparent reason, always at the same point. When I run the source wmv to that point in media player there is no error in playback.
Is there any way I can find out why these few wmv files are stopping encoding and how to fix it?
(If you can't think of a way is there another program like WinAvi that makes it simple to batch convert wmv to DivX that might help?)
