who know any tool that normalize ac3 5.1 without re encode? (exist? :confused: )

Not exist.

Maybe you can try foobar2k's replaygain, ffdshow's dynamic volume or ac3filter's DRC/automatic gain feature.
The replaygain contains both album & track gain, not the standard though, which(the meta tag) may cause errors on other players.
