is it possible to add some extra filters of the VirtualDubMod that which the AutoGk uses to make the encoding?

No, you can't use external filters in AutoGK.

Have you tried Gordian Knot? Once you get to the point of wanting to work with filters it's not that much more complicated than AutoGK, and there are lots of filters.

No, it can't be a candidate for the next version. You aren't the first person to ask this and you won't be the last (hint - :search: ). Answer always will be 'NO'. Use GordianKnot (as CWR03 correctly pointed out).

And with GKnot, usually you won't be using Vdub filters, you'd use AviSynth filters -- encoding is faster and avoids colorspace changes if Vdub(Mod) is used in Fast Recompress mode.
