DVD-RB Free 0.94 will not select every IFO from the NTSC version of Heavy Metal. It chooses IFOs 1, 2, 3, 17 and 18.
Somethin' just ain't right...
The other IFOs include valid motion video and stills. Why aren't they chosen?

This could possibly be down to the files being to small for DVD-RB to list them, they should still be copied, but if you want to manually select all files yourself, you'll have to edit the rebuilder.ini and use a hidden setting that sets the minimum VTS size for files
They will still be copied if you did a full DVD mode, but if you want to have more control over the final DVD use the hidden setting
From the help file
vts_min_size=n
Range:0-?, Default: 25625 (~52 MB)
The parameter specifies the number of sectors (2048 bytes each) that defines the point at which a VTS will be either encoded or copies intact. Anything this size or smaller will be simply copied into the output VIDEO_TS directory (it won't be further compressed).
Setting it at 0 will list all VTS, so you'll have to select them manually
Make sure its after the [options] in the rebuilder.ini or it won't work. I make it the first line after the [options] heading

Ah, OK. It's fine by me if small files are copied verbatim to the destination. Frankly, I see no good reason to re-encode stills.
