Quartek WHD500-V9 is able to read MPEG2 1280*720*60 progressive and 1920*1088*30 interlaced. WMV9, DivX3 and MPEG4 ASP in 1080p too. My MPEG4 AVC sample are not compatible ... ???

Quartek WHD500-V9 seem to able to read MPEG4 AVC but the compatible profil are strange : BP@L3 , MP@L4.0 and HP@L4.0

IMO the compatible profil for h264 are BP@L4.0 , MP@L3 and HP@L3 and not BP@L3 , MP@L4.0 and HP@L4.0. Level 3 for Baseline profil and Level 4.0 for Main/High Profil are not logical ... ???

[Quartek WHD500-V9] first HD player available
It's not the first....

The first high-def capable player was I-O DATA's AVLP2 DVDG (wireless capable and with DVI output connector) which was released in Japan, followed by I-O DATA's AVLP2 DVDLA (without DVI output connector) which was released in North America, followed by Buffalo's Link Theater PC-P3LWGDVD.

Then we have Quartek's WHD500-V9, ConTel's DV-228N1 and SaZio's SZ1350 - which all originate from the same factory
