How do you disable the commentary with PGC Edit ?

Can you clarify on what you mean by "disable"? Do you mean by using another audio track to play in its place by default or to remove it permanently, thus no more commentary.

There are many programs that allow you to strip that. e.g. IfoEdit, VobBlanker, DVD Shrink.
