Posting VOB samples -- Is it ok?

I wanted to check to make sure it is ok to post a cut of a vob file(about 10 seconds long) for some posters to look at. I know this is probably ok, or they wouldn't have asked for it... but just want to make sure. I read the rules and it mentions copyright material... so I want to get an ok from some one.

It's common practice here. I suppose it falls in the category of fair use. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you keep it short and post a link expressly for analysis and diagnosis.
