Ok. A little question: Perhaps the answer is somewhere, but I cannot find it in the forum. Iīve some pics in VTS_03. They play for 10 secs but I want only 5 secs. Can modify this?. I changed playback time on VTS_03_0.IFO but it still play for 10 secs. When update with BOBExtras in Ifoedit, the playback time is 10 secs again.
PD. I hope you can understand me, my English is a little poor

You should never change the playback time of a PGC. It is computed based on the VOB timing, and if you change it, you may have troubles playing the video.
Changing the slides timing may be possible if the slideshow is made of true still frames, each one in its own cell. If it's the case, you should also be able to skip to the next image with the next chapter button of the remote. But if, for example, there is an audio track on the slide show, it's probably impossible.
Try this: load the DVD in PgcEdit, and locate your slideshow with the preview. Then, double click on the slideshow PGC to open the PGC selector. You should have many cells in the cells list (in the lower right corner of the window.) In the Still Time column, change the 10 to 5, for each cell.
If the cell list contains only a few cells, or if the cell still times are 0, then you're unlucky.

As I thought , Iīm unlucky. Yes, the slideshow is made of true still frames and thereīs no audio track, but all still values are 0. I changed all from 10 secs (4160/ 25 fps) to 5 (1344/ 25 fps) but when updated IFO with Ifoedit all values changed again to 10 sec. If I set a 5 sec value, for example, the player shows it for 15 secs (the original 10+5).
The reason for my question: next button skips 3 or 4 images and I didnīt want waiting for the next image. I need about 20 min to see it all and I would like to decrease that time. Itīs no very important actually, but I would like understand where are that 10 sec settings, thatīs all.
BTW: the dvd is Back to the future (region 2). Is one of the worst dvd structures I ever seen, jumping from a pgc to other, setting hundred of gprm values (cannot turn off subtitles by default with 2COOLīS guide, for example), etc... Of course, I can reauthor it, but itīs too much work for me. I would like to kill the one who made this botched job.
and many thanks for answer so soon.

Slideshows without audio can be made by stretching the still presentation time. This is done in the vob, and it plays just like a motion video. And since "Next" skips 3 or 4 images this is very likely the case since as many stills as desired can be placed into one cell. Use VobEdit to view it and look for lots of NAV packs together after the video.

I opened the vob with vobedit and I saw lots of nav packs for each video. Every nav pack has different times (from 1 to 9 secs). But, which of the is the correct one for the pics? Can I modify still time for default too 5 secs?
