View Full Version : Mpeg2schnitt crashing?

Every time I run mpeg2schnitt071 to cut out the commercials, it crashes and closes when I go to "Open -> Audio/video." I had to download mpeg2lib.dll from another source and put it in the mpeg2schnitt directory. Before I had the mpeg2lib.dll, mpeg2schnitt would open the video file, but show no preview. How can I fix this?

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I too am having the same problem. Can anyone shed any light on the problem?

Ok figured it out - you need to use a specially modified dll from the site:

I seem to be having the same problem in mpeg2schnitt071 as well.

The program open's ok, I can set cut points and it all looks good..
But as soon as i hit the CUT button the program crashes and i get the following error

"Error while cutting errorcode: -2"

- Forgot to mention i have tried the mpeg2.dll and its still crashing.
Anyone have any idea's as to what this might be?
any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated.
