I am experiencing strange lines after I encode DV to DV with After Effects and Mainconcept DV...

This is from VirtualDub. Reencoded from RAW dv
I was making some deinterlacing tests and AE always gives me those ugly lines... Are more visible on dark scenes that why I chose this... Virtual Dub encodes doesn't have this problem...
Also, the lines are more visible when played on MPC with Mainconcept DV... On VirtualDUB with internal decoder are not that much visible... These shots are from MPC...
I was wondering if any After effects users have experienced this before?
