Xvid .avi and external mp3 - how to merge together?

Hi, i have a mp3 file. I have an .xvid avi

I need to merge these together into the avi.

I know how to do so via transcode or mencoder on Linux, but I cant use
my box right now so I am stuck with a Windows XP PC.


I am glad for any help.

Use VirtualDubMod or AviMux.
