Is single pass with quantizer = 2 the same as full quality first pass ("full quality first pass" activated and "discard first pass" deactivated) except the video.pass?
Usually some features like GMC, VHQ, QP, etc. aren't used when doing a (2pass-) first pass. Are these features used in single pass and in full quality first pass?
