Hi,
In the title menu of this dvd, I deleted 1 button.
When testing in powerdvd, the button is deleted at first.
When I`m playing the movie and use the title menu button from powerdvd I return to that same menu, but now the button works.
Since I deleted the stuff behind that button, powerdvd freezes.
Why can I select the deleted button when returning to the title menu from the movie?
By the way, the button even works again when coming back to the main menu fom an other part of the menu.

Hi Sevenhunt, and welcome to the forum (as a poster).
I suspect that you may actually be jumping to a duplicate menu the second time around. You could try doing a trace in PgcEdit to see exactly where the menu's are located that you are jumping to.
Some help on trace mode: PgcEdit Doc (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/doc/PgcEdit_manual_2.htm#Trace_menu)
Also, in your post you mention deleting a button. This post (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=91521&perpage=20&pagenumber=2#post626366) by r0lZ highlights dangers with "deleting" a button as opposed to the safer option of hiding buttons.
Let us know how you go or if you need some more guidance.

Thx for your answer
Well, the button I ( mistake ) deleted, was in vts4 pgc 6.
From an other menu back to the main menu, the main button links to vts 4 pgc 6.
So that should be the same menu. Shouldn`t it?
I discovered the same thing happens somewhere else.
In a menu where I deleted an on/off selction there are also sound selections 2.0 and 5.1.
When I enter the menu the on and off button are deleted ( not clickable), but when I select the 5.1 Or 2.0 button, the button gets highlighted, as it should, nothing wrong there. But the on and off button also becomes undeleted (clickable).
This happens without having left that 1 menu page.
So I`ll try it again now with hide the buttons.

Now I`ve tried to hide the button by linking to a non-deleted button.
That works just as fine as deleting, but not the answer to my problem.
Still the buttons in the menu are back on after using even 1 other button in the menu.
Any ideas?
The dvd is incubus live at red rocks.

I`m testing the dvd with powerdvd

Check the Cells! Use the big button at the top of the menu button window. You have a duplicate cell the button was deleted in one cell but not the other one.

Thx for the info.

Yeah thx, you`ve been a great help.
Perhaps you can help me more in the future. Got some of the basics now, but not everything by far :).
