I just finished creating my first AVC x.264 file last night using GK and I can't believe the quality! The level of detail is incredible! However there was a strange thing in the encoding process, after the first pass it reported a discrepency in the number of frames reported and the frames indexed. Also the finished file is about 12 megabytes larger than the target. I accidentally deleted my log file, so I can't post it, but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similiar. I'd also like to ask others what kind of settings others are using with GK and x.264.
