A variety of plugins have been written for use with DVD2SVCD.
As there are now so many, I've categorised them:

Muxing and Authoring Engine Plugins
MuxMan authoring plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=115369) by Sir Didymus - can be used as an alternative to MPlex, SpuMux and DVD Author, bringing the fantastic MuxMan multiplex and authoring engines to DVD2SVCD.
Imago muxer plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=112803) by manolito - replaces MPlex muxing in DVD2SVCD with the Imago application. Prevents stuttering on some players but largely superseeded by th MuxMan plugin.
mDVDAuth Development thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=45504) for MiniDVD authoring. By jsoto

VCD Header trick plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=42406) by Dacow. The author is no longer an active user and the download link is dead. Later in the thread jsoto and SmallLittle post links to a previous version. Anyone needing this plugin please use these links.
PAL2NTSC plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=119976) by manolito. Automates much of the process involved in making an NTSC disc from a PAL source.
