I have some really tough footage to encode. Concert with crazy lighting, smoke etc. Not great for mpeg2. The show has been encoded and looks great after some segment re-encodes but I have about 8 or so sections that I cant clean up.
The shots only block for a few frames and one or two for a few seconds. When marking the segments I can only go to the max that was used in the original settings. 8.2 Mbps. Anyone got any ideas of how to clean the blocking up? Would lowering then upping again help...
Thanks for any comments,
