Removing Packed Bitstream (NVOP) in OGM files?

Is there any way to remove packed bitstreams in OGM files? It is fairly easy with AVI's, as you would just use Mpeg4modifier. However, to the best of my knowledge, there isn't any easy way to do this. Any advice?

Demux the video, unpack, then remux.

*sigh* I thought as much, I was hoping for a simpler way like Mpeg4Modifier. Plus, they're OpenDML's so I'll have to restream them first to work with them properly. *grunt*
