strange behaviour

strange behaviour in mpc:they are some orizontal stripes(once in a while) in playing back avi files.

interlacing i never got it.it's way over me.don't have any idea
it's like the image is cut with a scissor
i've seen some exemples and i don't think it's about deinterlacing.it only happens once in a while

Have you tried playing these .AVIs with a different software player, to see if they still exhibit the "stripes"?

So then it would seem that the problem lies with your installation of Media Player Classic and not the .AVIs.

You might want to check your various settings under MPC and/or UNinstall and then REinstall it...
