Ok, using DVD Shrink 3.2 with Nero Buring ROM SE.
Sometimes the burn fails or sometimes I just want to burn a second backup.
How can I restart the burn using DVD Shrink WITHOUT re encoding the DVD?
There must be a faster way but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.
Drives me crazy when a burn fails about 98% of the way and I have to start all over again.

I don't use Nero to burn, but my understanding is that Shrink creates the files in a temp folder, then sends the burn commands to Nero, (when Nero completes Shrink deletes the temp files? unsure about this part). If the process fails, you should be able to drag & drop the files directly into Nero without opening Shrink.
If you want to manually control the process, change the Shrink Backup settings to create an ISO, then you can burn with Nero as many copies as you want.

Taelon is correct. You can just start up Nero Burning Rom, and then drag and drop ALL of the DVD files (the VOBs and the BUPs and the IFOs) into the Video_TS directory, and then click on the "burn" icon. You will be dragging from a window-pane on the right-hand side to a window-pane on the left.
There are guides for using Nero Burning Rom out there, or you can find some pretty thorough instructions at Nero's own web site. Do this once using a guide, and you will see it is a piece of cake.
