I love the speed-increase - and I found it gives one especially nice B/W picture!

But the gains in compressiblity are tremendous...
Just take my initial comment literally and you get the idea. BTW, you can just temporarily rename xvidcore.dll and xvidvfw.dll and then drag the new ones to your system32 folder. Enjoy and reverse the process afterwards. For those who don't like the idea, I might post an encoded clip here tomorrow.
