x264 Java Applet

Is there a java applet to stream x264 video? The codec gives excellent quality at very low bitrates rates, but I can't find any applets for it.

It streams from a streaming server. Could be cool to stream from HTTP file.

It would be great if there is an applet for x264. The quality is just amazing at very low bitrates with high resolution. I have tried several tests and in my opinion x264 blows away WMV9 and RV10 in performance and quality. The codec is perfect for streaming over internet. Keep it up guys great work in developing this codec . Hope to see streaming capabilities in the future.
