Nero AVC from TS source (1080i): Jerky playback
I have been trying to convert HDTV TS (renamed to mpg) to AVC HDTV profile (1080i source ->720p). I choose the resolution, all goes well (forever) and my final product seems either jerky at times or seems to go backward in frames. It is like the deinterlacing is all screwed up.
Any suggestions? |

Video=Mpeg2Source("G:\Mes dossiers\Download\alt.binaries.hdtv\azerty.d2v", idct=2, cpu=4, iPP=true, moderate_h=20, moderate_v=20)
#Video=SelectEvery(video,5,2,4) Video=Telecide(Video,post=true,chroma=true,gthresh=50,guide=1) Video=Decimate(Video,cycle=5) Video=Crop(Video,8,8,-8,-48) video=trim(video,0,0) #Video=Convolution3D(Video,0,3,4,3,4,3,0) Video=Lanczos4Resize(Video,1280,720) #video=UnDot(video) #video=Limiter(video) #video=addborders(video,0,24,0,24) #Video=AssumeFPS(video,25) return video 1088i MPEG2 transport stream (USA HDTV) are generaly encoded with bad quality (high quant for Iframe, blocking in high motion -> bad Rate Control with bad MPEG2 encoder). IMO 720p are very better than 1088i for these source ...
