dvd-ram pay to view restrictions

is there any computer drives out there that will read all dvd formats including dvd-ram? and if there is would it be posible some how to remove the pay to view restrictions on a ram dvd.or may be there is a better easier way to make a pay to view disc on a dvd-r.

I have an external LG GSA-5120D USB2/FireWire dual-layer drive that can read and write to DVD+/-R/RW and DVD-RAM disc's.

They also make an internal LG GSA-4163B dual-layer drive, which retails at around £45.00 in the UK.

Which I reckon represents very good value for money!

I have an lg 12x superdrive that read/writes all formats
not sure about dl ram though....
