What DVD Player to buy?

Hi,
I'm in the search for an DVD Player that plays all kind of DVDs (DVD+/-R(W)). I tried the Yamakawa DVD-375, but it was a major disapointment because of the short pause at a DVD Layer change and the awfull Remote controll.
Mabye someone can recomend some Player. It should have:
* Play all DVDs (+/- and RW)
* Play MPEGs from data DVDs (e.g. SVCDs on DVD)
* should be region free
* should be silent in terms of drive noise
* remote should work from various angels
* YUV Output
* must not have any issues at a Layer change

Phuu. I wonder if such a player even exits.

Well any recomendation would be welcome.
