divx player that lets me skip x seconds?

Hello!

This is some feature that I need badly but that is hard to find in specs & reviews. I need a divx/xvid/... (the more the better) capable dvd player (mpg1 & mpg2 files from ISO data DVDs is also a must). I want it to have a feature like eg the Zoom player on the PC has, ie I have it configured so that with cursor right it jumps 20 seconds forward (left = 20s back) and up is 2 min forward (down = 2 min back) and , & . are 5s forward/back. Now I don't expect any player to offer me 6 keys on the remote for jumping, but it would be great if there existed some player that let me jump x seconds forward and back (it would be even better if the amount of seconds it skips could be configured).
I am not interested in any feature like the goto where you have to press 7 buttons just to make a single jump but jumps that can be done with the *single* press of a botton.

Are there any players that do have such a feature?

Edit: the feature is especially needed for file mode (for DVDs I create I can help myself by adding chapters every x seconds) and being from Europe I'm mainly interested in models that are being sold in Europe
