what is the max cdrom size that players support?

well one of my files is a bit over sized but i dont want to redo the whole encode, so i was wondering what is the maximum cdrom size supported by most hardware mp4 compatible players?

[edit]: yes i meant mpeg 4 compatible players. thanks for your answer

Do you mean Mpeg4 compatible players. As currently there are no players support the .mp4 container?

If you do mean Mpeg4, I've tried several players with Philips 800MB media and they worked fine.
