Final stats? plus Statsreader

Like i posted in another thread, i could really need a good .pass-file analyser.
I just made a little programm with matlab, that tells me avarage quants, mean length ob b-frame-chains, and some stuff more.

But, although I'm using xvid for quite a while now, I never heard of a method to get the stats from the second pass. I used the debug-view method, but what to do nowadays?

Help? You? Me?

Great!

Hi,

cause xvid does not write a .pass file for the second pass, a program for analysing the second pass is quite difficult to build... ;-)

but i think also, that a .pass file for the second pass would be useful.

for analysing first pass, inclusive b-frame distribution, i wrote my own litte command-line tool

greetings, Heini011.

ah, the disappointment!
if you slip away from the first page of threads, everybody will forget about you in just a couple of days...

Clock, please have a look if this works for you.

Man, that seems to be just the tool, I was looking for...

And, just to make that clear, I didn't post again, 'cause nobody answered. But the question in the other thread was simply a different one. For this one, I couldn't find a thread.

Haven't been around much the last couple of weeks, so I must have overlooked your thread (and somehow, my searches didn't find it either)

Anyway, thanks again and quite a lot...
