Cyberhome 505 zooms the Video even, if zoom is off

Today, I've bought this DVD-SAP (my first SAP ever)

But this device zooms the video everytime, there is nothing I can do against it. It zooms only about some percent, but this destroys the fields of the video and makes it looking blurry.

I've made a test image :

This test image, I encoded & burnt to SVCD to feed it to the Player. While the SAP did the playback, my WinTV-Card captured it @ 768@576.
This is the (terrible) result:

I've updated to the newest Firmware, but that didn't help.

Any ideas?
