MPEG 2 to DVD format

ok this should be easy but I am knew to DVD authoring so cut me some slack. I have captured video in Mpeg2 and need to author those files to DVD files ie .bup .ifo ect So that I can either burn the dvd files to a DVD-r to watch on a standalone or if they are too large run the video through DVD Shrink or DVD2one . What applications are simple, easy to obtain. Also, I don't need menus but if thats just how it goes then I'll deal with it but I'd rather not have menus

I didn't want to be the one to bring that up. You'd think he'd (TMPGEnc) have figured that out by now.
