denon avr-1802 canīt play 44.1 dts

does anyone else have problems with playing DTS-CDs with a denon avr-1802?
mine detects the dts, but the audio is just stuttering
dts from dvd plays fine, so i gues itīs because the this amp canīt handle 44.1 dts, just 48...
anyone else got thsi problem, maybe even a solution
