Receiving 0kb's demuxing in VobEdit !!!

When demuxing in VobEdit am receiving 0kb files for sub stream and audio stream. Am loading in VTS_01_PGC_01_1.VOB from file ripped by DVD Decrypter. Am checking proper subpicture stream with appropriate substream ID and also appropriate audio stream as well. If anyone can help me pinpoint the problem i would appreciate it. Have DVD Decrypter, IfoEdit, VobEdit, CCE, DVD2AVI, ChapterXtractor, VFAPI, VirtualDub, BitrateViewer, DoItFast4U, ImgTool. Running XP Home on a AMD Athelon 1700 with 512DDRAM. Side note: am getting fatal blue screen from some program, wondering if it is coming from running regoff or from CCE any help is help indeed!

does it happen with any dvd, or just a particular one?

Assuming everything is working properly, the only time i've had 0Kb streams is when they've been dummy tracks on multi PGC titles
