They're both part of the same VOB set. What do I do?

I am currently working with "Shakespeare In Love". I am following the directions for IFOedit but I can't seem to figure this one out. It appears to have a 4:3 and a 16:9 program on it. However, they both seem to be part of the same VOB set. How can I strip the 4:3 out if that is the case? If anyone has done this particular movie, I'd appreciate some advice! Thanks!
