hi, i got this email about a prog called dvd-squeeze, they claim they can make a dvd fit onto a cd-r by compressing the movie into the size of an 80 minute cd. they say its basically the same thing as a wav from a cd converted to an mp3. i was wondering if this is true? can anyone verify that this really works and that its not a hoax? if u can plz lemme know

Ummmmm.....Yes..... Take a look at your handle. You can compress DVDs to DIVX on an 80 min CD, and it looks really good. Won't play in a standard DVD player, but plays on a computer just fine.
