Divx 3 Stats File Editor src

Hi someone know where i can found source code of an divx3 stats file editor or .ecf creator ?

i try to code an Xvid/Divx3 stats file editor in Delphi 6, but it's hard to find informations about the structure of the bitrate curve file.

Check the www.xvid.org I have posted the source of XiphroM under GPL. It can open and save .stats files. Delphi source code...
