Weird light blur halo (and other things!)

Hello,
After some searchs on this forum and other forums, i couldn't find how to correct a weird llght blur.
Here is what i am talking about:

I really don't know how it is called.
Here is my current script, very poor for the moment and not optimized, but it seems to enhance a bit the video:
Code:
PluginPath = "C:\Program Files (x86)\AviSynth+\plugins"
Cores=4
SetFilterMTMode("DEFAULT_MT_MODE", 2)
SetFilterMTMode("FFmpegSource2", 3)
ClearAutoloadDirs()
AddAutoloadDir(PluginPath)
FFmpegSource2("source.mp4", vtrack=-1, atrack=-1)
#Interframe(Preset="Medium", Tuning="Animation", NewNum=0, NewDen=1001, GPU=True, InputType="OU", OverrideAlgo=0, OverrideArea=0, Cores=Cores)
ColorYUV(gamma_y=-20)
Lanczos4Resize(1920, 1080)
aWarpSharp2(depth=60, blur=6)
proToon(strength=150)
DeHalo_alpha(brightstr=2, ss=2.0)
LimitedSharpenFaster(strength=300).LimitedSharpenFaster()

Prefetch(Cores)
This script currently doesn't correct the light, and the noise, as i don't really know how to deal with ; also, the balk edges are currently not very sexy, I have a hard time making them sharper without diminishing the amount of detail on the picture and having a clean result.

Also, for the sake of the search, here are my samples.

Any enhancement of my script and tip is very welcome, thanks a lot!

I just tried now, and it doesn't seems to change anything with default parameters, and when i increase parameters, the changes are really insignificant; the strong halo is still here.
I almost tried all these dehaloing filters (except Mask_DHA and FineDehalo), without changes on the strong light halo :/

That effect circled in your jpg isn't a halo.
Ever heard the expression illegal video levels?
What do you suppose upsampling from standard definition did for the clipping and bright blooming caused by those levels?

Keep at it, folks, and you're making digital video look almost as bad as VHS.

Sorry, i don't understand your reply.
If you are speaking about the burned light, yep, there is a lot of overexposed scenes, causing that kind of light thing.
Also, the samples used in this thread were not processed with Avisynth, so i didn't made any change.
After some searchs, i didn't find any relevant things explaining what were these illegal video levels or how to correct them now.
Thanks.

Safe video levels are y=16-235 for standard video formats and broadcast. It doesn't matter at this point: the clipping can't be fixed.

I suspect the bloom effect is in the original, a creative decision.
A quick reverse image search seems to confirm this feeling:

obviously part of the haze is by design and is characteristics of the creator's other work. And part of it is stupidity.

for this https://i.imgur.com/wiHJl99.png , it's ringing, yahr (or yahr2) should work, or you should wait for new awarpsharp2 to fix only the horizontal ringing without hurt the vertical details
