Can anyone compile CombMask?

Hi,

I was wondering if someone can compile CombMask for me (would prefer if its dynamically built)? Chikuzen seems to have vanished and he never released a 32-bit binary for CombMask.
I found an already built CombMask but unfortunately is for a x64 Avisynth (CombMask-g2ec6679-x64.7z).

Thanks feisty2. (I had VS2010 Express on my old computer but it gave me more headaches than the few plugins I managed to compile)

R.D.: Perhaps consider adding CombMask and feisty2's binary to the wiki?

Your binary requires the MSVCR120D.DLL runtime, does this mean CombMask was compiled for debugging?

Looks that way.
Here is a release build (VC10).
