Windows audio codecs

Hi,

Is it trivial to make a windows audio codec that would be installed under "Audio Codecs" in windows? (Isnt that an ACM codec?)

Does anyone have or know of examples of how to write such?

ACM codec

I suppose you are right, this is an ACM codec. But unfortunatly, I don't know how to make such a thing. Thus, maybe adding a key at the right place in the registry is enough ?
