Can't open file in avs

On one PC I wrote the script and prepared files for compression. All working properly. Files to load fine. Compression, I want to do on the second PC (faster machine) and there is a problem.
I have the same set of codecs and programs. Wszsytko do the same. A AVS crashes mistake. "Avisynth open failure"
What is going on. I have tried various other filters to load. Even basic DirectShowSource does not work :/ What could be causing this?

EDIT:
I copying folder "plugins" from first PC, to second PC. Not work

Hey Kermit,

would be great if you could provide some more details. What application is used to open the avs script, what OS are you on, what version of avisynth do u use, whats the content of the avs script?
Where exactly do you see the message"Avisynth open failure"? Is this a message in the video itself or does it come from the application trying to open avs?

Edit: script content may not be of interest here.

As Jordanh said, but for both systems. Also exact error message, and script contents a good idea too.

Just guessing, watch the path of your source! Have you included the path to the other machine ?
