x264 Encode Problem

Hello there. Have been involved in a long-standing problem. I decided to apply for your help. Corei5 I have a dedicated server. Here, there would be no problem when encoding with XviD. But I wanted to do with x264 Ranked by one pass to start the second pass over and gives error. You share your recent error logs. SetMTMode (2) and SetMTMode (4) in the same tried. SetMT max 75% CPU usage when not in use or MT.Different sources having the same problem even though I tried. Emergency Waiting your help.

Log File

Filters used: LimitedSharpenFaster, DeGrainMedian, Gradfun2db and related filters

These are not x264 error messages. It's not an x264 problem, but a problem in the decoder! What decoder (source filter in Avisynth script) do you use?

Are you 100% sure the input stream isn't broken ???
