unable to play bd on set top box

I am having trouble with bd-rebuilder v4204. i have verified the latest versions of avisynth, ffdshow, and haali splitter are installed. I have burned the iso image from 2 different movies using 2 different (cyberlink and roxio) pieces of software to burn the images. i have 3 bd players (2 sony and samsung). All are unable to play the resultant discs. However, all disks play on my pc. the last valid disc i burned was with bd-rebuilder v4203. The only change was using the new version of bd-rebuilder. I have tried clownbd, but clown only compacts the file to 30 gb which is useless as I don't have any 50gb discs. Is it possible to get bd-rebuilder v4203 back and activated as a test? It's like v4204 discs are missing the bdmv cert or something. HELP!

The problem is NOT BD-RB v4204! You should be using ImgBurn to burn to disc.
Movie only backups play on most standalone players. Full backups, including menus, are not as compatable with all players.

Hi!

If you believe your problem is related to BD Rebuilder, you should re-post your question in the BD Rebuilder sub-forum here:
