Sync audio for only part of video

I am working on a video where the audio gradually gets more out of sync as the video goes on. I have already tried ConvertFPS() and it doesn't fix the problem. It doesn't become noticeable until about 60% of the way in. How do I make it so that I can apply an audio delay for only that last bit of the video?
