Question about encoding quality setting

The Xvid codec's configuration uses a scale from 1.00 to 31.00 for its "Target quantizer" settings, whereas the AutoGK "Target quality" uses a scale from 10% to 100%.

How are the two scales related? For example, if I specify an AutoGK value of 75%, what's the equivalent quantizer number?

Hi,

From recalling 75% is 3.x quantizer something with B-frames; something being 3.4 to about 3.8 ..
Without B-frames it is 2.67.

You have a table in the AGK more-FAQ; numbers being without B-frames.
