Overlua - Cairo+Lua for Avisynth

The tool's name is OverLua and it's function can best be described as Lua scripting to paint on video frames. It works as an Avisynth filter that calls a Lua script for every video frame requested.

Even though it's a bit old it works quite well when it comes to painting, overlaying/passing texts(subtitles) and reading/writing pixels over video in Avisynth. It seems as a nice concept to work with vectors and such in avisynth. Maybe it could be developed further. Cairo has support for images, but AFAIK no video.
