meGUI Referred Memory error

Ok, i was wondering if anyone could help me out here. When i encode a particular episode i get this error on megui.

It happens at the end of the analysis phase. As soon as it's about to get to the actual encoding step, i get the error.

Did this happen to anyone else and how can i solve this.

My .avs script jus in case u guys wanna c it.
