Need help calculating SCR in VOB/MPEG2 files

Does anybody know how the SCR (System Clock Reference) is calculated correctly in VOB files ?

It seems to be nearly the same as for MPEG2 program files, but I dont get around whit it.

All I know, the SCR is retrieved by the number of bytes transfered divided by the muxrate and multiplied by 27Mhz.

SCR= nr of bytes / muxrate(usually 1260000) * 27000000

If I compare that with a VOB file, the values I calculate does match only in the first VOB-Unit.
Mostly when an audio pack apears, the SCR makes a huge jump to a high value, and I didn't figure out yet how to get that value ?

I guess it must have something todo with the STD buffer size.

Can anybody help me?
