DVD Video w/ Data Track?

Is there anyway I can create a DVD Video that plays back in PC or on a standalone DVD Player, but can also contain files (PDF's, PPT, DOC, JPG, etc.) The follow up questions is, can I make it a menu option to launch an explorer window to the DVD directory with the data?

I use TMPG DVD Author 3.

Simply place those files either in the root directory or in a folder other than the "VIDEO_TS" folder...

great, thanks for your help. Any chance I can make a link in the track menu that would launch the folder on a PC?
