need help fiinding tools for AR calculator

Hi i m looking for tools that allows me to do my AR check. say i cropped the video i want to enter in that crop value and resize to 640 x something so i want see if i resize @ 640 x 272 what is my AR Error.

For example:

My dvd is 720 x 480 with black borders so i decided to take those borders out by crop( 8, 66, -10, -70) and resize to 640 x something and i wana put that crop value in tools ( that i m looking for) so i get my AR error in %. i hope u understands me and i m very sorry for my bad english here. Thanks a lot for trying to help me

Offhand, I know hoary old Gordian Knot displays aspect error when you fill out its crop editor. Megui used to, iirc, but now it's only internal.
