Does PowerDVD decodes DTS-HD Master Audio Lossless?

I'm seeing PowerDVD says it decodes DTS-HD.
But it decodes the "dummy" 1.5mbs DTS lossy core inside the DTS-HD MA or it really decodes the 96/24 Lossless portion of the stream?
Anyone experience?
Thanks
