cutting files like in virtualdub program but for mpeg2 files

hey guys, i'm after a program like virtualdub... but that will let me direct stream selected parts of an mpeg2 file out.. wanna be able to select this part of the stream and output it into a new file.. or cut a peice out and remake the stream with the part cut out.

don't want to have the file reencoded if i can avoid it

Hi!

MPEG2Cut.exe or ChopperXP are just two such programs. I'me sure there are several other freeware programs that have the same capability...
