Some help needed with using EasyDivX ripped vobs
I started out ripping (rented) dvds using EasyDivx v0.76 but they came out like 100mb below the filesize and were all out of synch and had problems...so on my next batch of rentals I tried GKnot on both dvds, and it worked PERFECTLY!!
But I still have the first vob files from EasyDivx on my HD, Tomorrow Never Dies encoded fine using GKnot...But the other 2 dvds with problems were: Tigerland (it crashes every time I try, part way thru the first pass) The Godfather Bonus Material DVD: A Look Inside (It crashes too) and I got the vobs for the Deleted Scenes (1-34)(It doesnt crash but the audio is WAY ahead of the video by the end of the movie) The GF dvd is NTSC not film, but I tried it at both Forced Film & not (23FPS & 29FPS) but still the same I have all the vob and ifo files on my hd in seperate folders, Id like help on how to do these, so I dont have to rent em again! |

the vobs werent just copied to the HD, they were decrypted using EasyDivx...I tried what u said (the files are named easydivxX.vob and so on {not my choice, thats what easydivx does}) and that didnt work (said no dvd found), so I renamed them in sequence according to the ifo file thats there (dont know if thats actually how its named though, cuz I dont have the dvd anymore) and that didnt work (same error) then I tried it with the digits being 0x and so on but same error
I can open up the vobs in PowerDVD and they play clear and nice (so they are decrypted I believe, just with easydivx not smart ripper) |
